Introduction:

This series doctoring rewinding machine are using for rewind and inspect all kinds of printed roll materials like BOPP, PET, CPP and PVC film etc, for printing quality checking.

Features:

1.Imported PLC integrated control is used in electrical control system, human-machine communication is carried out by touch screen, Set and display working parameters according to the requirements from different products.

2.Vector frequency-converting is adopted for unwinding and rewinding driving, automatic tension control is achieved through roll diameter calculated by PLC automatically.

3.Tensioning shaft is adopted for winding and rewinding section. (Non-shaft and pneumatic system is optional)

4.Automatic stroboscope to observe printing images is equipped in the system.If there is any defects saw by eyes, press the button of defects, the button will automatically go back to defect image. (automatic labeler is optional)

7.In the system, there are calculations of meter, roll diameter, automatic machine stop when lack of material etc.
